This intricately etched bowls took about 2 hours just to decorate the inside before it was glaze fired. Yellow to a dark green base with a turquoise matt color on the outside. Dots of yellow twinkle throughout the inside, while the etched lines are dark blue. I have wiped the blue linear color in a way to give the inside a slightly worn appearance. this bowl is a big one, making it ideal as a serving bowl, salad bowl, or to just display. Imagine it with the color of bananas, green, or red apples. The drawing inspired by ancient decorative ornamentation.
